Another Day at the Office: 3 Points Secured in 3–2 Win over Sofapaka

Murang’a SEAL FC secured a vital 3–2 win over Sofapaka at Vapour Grounds, Ngong, with goals from Joe (4’), Osama (30’) and Pkiach (77’). The result keeps SEAL 4th on the KPL table after 20 matches, underlining the squad’s organisation, resilience and growing momentum in the title race.

In a game of momentum swings and tactical battles, Murang’a SEAL FC continued our Premier League push with a 3–2 victory over Sofapaka at Vapour Grounds in Ngong on Sunday, 15 February 2026.

In the 4th minute, Joe Waithira capitalised on sharp pressing and quick transitional play, finishing confidently after we forced a turnover high up the pitch.

Sofapaka's M. Ntamba responded in the 25th minute, capitalising on a loose moment in our midfield to bring the hosts level.

We restored our lead in the 30th minute. Osama finished off a well-constructed attacking sequence, timing his movement perfectly to meet a precise delivery inside the box. Our build-up play was patient, stretching Sofapaka’s defensive line before delivering the decisive pass.


Sofapaka's Ghartey equalised in the 64th minute, showing resilience and quick interplay between their lines that tested our defensive organisation.

The decisive moment came in the 77th minute by Pkiach Pkemoi. The seals coordinated movement and sharp passing in the final third created space for the winner, a composed finish that sealed all three points.


Sitting currently 4th in the Sportpesa League, we move forward with momentum.
